Eastern Kentucky native and 'American Idol' winner Noah Thompson to perform at Hazard festival

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lousia native and "American Idol" winner Noah Thompson is set to perform in Eastern Kentucky.

Thompson will perform at the Black Gold Festival in Hazard on Saturday, September 17th at 8 p.m., and the concert is free.

Thompson recently won the 20th season of American Idol. He's the first Kentuckian to ever win the show.
