Early on Monday morning, 78-year-old Shirley Warner was robbed and beaten inside his home.
Warner, who suffers from congestive heart failure, told LEX 18 that he tried to put up a fight but never made it out of his chair. Warner says the man who beat him went straight for his wallet.
