Hearing delayed for woman accused in deadly DUI crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — An arraignment Friday morning in Fayette County Circuit Court for a woman charged in a DUI crash that killed three people in Lexington was continued.

Tammy Rodriguez is accused of leading police on a high-speed chase, driving the wrong way on Interstate Highway 75 and hitting a car and a sport-utility vehicle last September.

Two sisters, Taylor Blevins and Caitlyn Bailey, and Rodriguez's sister Debbie Lynn Bevins, were killed in the crash.

Friday's hearing was continued unti Feb. 13 because a competency report was not yet ready.
