JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. — Deputies with Jessamine County Sheriff's Office responded to an assault call on Saturday.
Deputies say they located juveniles who had been assaulted by a man later identified as Colin Poole.
They say Poole unlawfully broke into a building, armed with a handgun, and assaulted several juveniles, causing severe injuries to one.
Poole is facing burglary, assault and unlawful transaction with a minor charges.
