LEXINGTON, Ky. — A person is in the hospital fighting life-threatening injuries as Lexington police say the individual was hit by a car.
Police say it happened just after 11:30 pm Saturday on East New Circle and Eastland Parkway.
The road was shut down temporarily shut down for an investigation but has since reopened.
It is unclear if charges will be filed.
