Lexington Police have confirmed that two people, including a juvenile, are recovering from gunshot wounds following an evening shooting in a Lexington neighborhood.
LPD reports that authorities responded to Whiteberry Drive just after 9 p.m. Wednesday, where they located a male with a gunshot wound.
Soon after, authorities were then dispatched to the area of Trailwood Lane and Chestnut Drive, where a juvenile was located with a gunshot wound.
Both were transported to a local hospital, and the shooting remains under investigation.
