LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — A group of protesters dropped off several household items outside the Louis D. Brandeis Hall of Justice in downtown Louisville.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's spokesman, several mattresses, chairs, couches, and other pieces of furniture were left outside in protest of evictions during COVID-19.

WAVE 3 News reports some of the items were painted with messages; one mattress read, "Black homes matter."

No arrests were made.
