WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) — A basement tattoo shop in Winchester has opened its doors as a temporary storm shelter ahead of Tuesday's inclement weather.
Inked Under Ground is providing food and is encouraging people to bring drinks. They typically close at 8 p.m., but will remain open as long as people need a place to go.
They're located at 10 West Broadway Street.
