KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — A woman found dead in a Knox County home Saturday afternoon has been identified by Kentucky State Police as 61-year-old Karen West.
According to KSP, troopers responded to the home after a family member reported finding West dead in the home on Adena Drive in Gray. Police report that West had been living in the home at the time.
A death investigation remains underway, and West was transported to the State Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.
