LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) — Justin Bieber is coming to Rupp Arena in August.
The top-selling pop music star announced Tuesday the release of his latest album, title "Changes," will hit stores Feb. 14.
His multistate tour, with Kehlani and Jaden Smith as supporting acts, begins May 14 in Seattle and will be in Lexington on Aug. 18.
Tickets for the general public go on sale at noon Feb. 14.
