SHELBY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Georgia woman accused of shooting through a drive-thru window at a Shelbyville KFC has been extradited to Kentucky.
Jonelle Dare, 33, has been charged with wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.
A witness told police that Dare was upset over utensils and napkins, which led to the shooting.
Dare has been booked in the Shelby County jail.
