PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — The Pulaski County Coroner's Office confirmed to LEX News that a 4-year-old was killed after a tube of fireworks fell over and hit the child in the torso on Saturday night.
The coroner's office has identified the child as Rhett Luttrell.
