Two men charged in 2019 double homicide

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two men have been charged with a double homicide that occurred in 2019.

John Boulder and De'Shaun Armor, both 20, were both served warrants regarding the shooting deaths of Dwayne Slaughter and Darrian Webb.

Both Boulder and Armor were already incarcerated in the Fayette County Detention Center on unrelated charges when the warrants were served.

Boulder is charged with Facilitation to Murder, Facilitation to Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Armor is charged with Murder (2 counts), Assault 1st, Wanton Endangerment 1st, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

The shooting took place on October 19, 2019 in the area of Winchester Road and Seventh Street. Three people, all 18, were struck and transported to a hospital for injuries.

Slaughter and Webb both died at the UK Medical Center. The third victim survived.

Boulder is also a suspect in the shooting death of Damontrial Daquan Fulgham.
