As the month of March ends tonight it's going out on a raw and clammy note. The rain will be ending this evening, but the clouds will linger as lows head down to the mid 30's.
The low that caused today's rain will head east, but the chilly temperatures associated with it will linger for another day. Clouds will be very slow to erode, so expect them most of the day as highs are stuck in the low 50's which is about 10 degrees below normal. More on LEX 18 NEWS.
