That Sunday soaker (2" to 3" rainfall totals) winds down Monday but with a departing cold front and a strong low over the Great Lakes it'll stay gloomy and unsettled. Expect mostly cloudy skies with colder afternoon highs in the 40s. A gusty west/southwest wind will only accentuate the chill! We're cloudy, still windy and raw Tuesday with highs in the upper 30s to low 40s, watch for isolated showers. 2020 starts dry & quiet but don't expect it to last long...
