The remnants of Barry will be adding to our rainfall totals this week. The core of that arrives midweek. However on Tuesday the outer edges of the storm will be getting closer and sparking this warm and muggy air mass into new thunderstorms with torrential downpours possible.
The scattered storms Tuesday can drop isolated 1 to 2 inch totals in a very short time, but a lot of folks may not see those storms. The rain Wednesday, which will be directly from Barry, will be more widespread. It will also turn breezy as the remnants go by Kentucky.
