Rounds of Rain this Week

It's a soggy setup Monday as a cold front slowly crawls across the Commonwealth. Expect widespread showers, extensive low clouds and highs ranging from the upper 40s to the low/mid 50s. A flood watch is in effect for far southeastern counties through Tuesday morning. Rain will briefly back off Tuesday but crank back up again midweek. We'll need to watch for heavy rain Wednesday into Wednesday night. Since we're getting a solid soaking Monday, localized flooding will be possible with round two as well.
