After a record setting, triple digit high in Lexington Tuesday we're still running hot midweek. With partly sunny skies and a few afternoon showers and storms trying to fire up we'll top out in the mid 90s Wednesday. Not as extreme as yesterday but still challenging another record high! Our September heat wave keeps on cooking with a big upper ridge clamped down. Highs will stay in the low to mid 90s Thursday and Friday.
