Tuesday morning clouds & lingering flurries will give way to afternoon sunshine but don't expect much of a warm up. We're still mired in cold air with well below average highs in the low to mid 30s. We'll bump back into the 40s (50s possible south) but also see an increasing chance for cold rain to start the weekend Friday. A rain/snow mix will wrap around the departing low Saturday.
