Soggy Round Inbound this Weekend

Enjoy Two More Dry Days

and last updated

Thursday is shaping up to be a spectacular late October day, mostly sunny and beautiful with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s south. Enjoy it while you can! We're still dry Friday but increasing clouds and a northeast wind shift will signal approaching trouble. A southern low will take aim at the Ohio Valley and throw a significant slug of moisture our way this weekend. Showers will develop Friday night with showers, a few t-showers and heavy rain likely Saturday into Saturday night before winding down Sunday. Rainfall amounts will range from 1" to 3" but a band of 3" to 4"+ could swamp western counties with the highest totals toward I-65 into western Kentucky.
