Take a moment out of your Thursday to quietly thank that big, beautiful blob of high pressure that's keeping your LEX 18 StormTracker forecast on point. In late July, it doesn't get much better than this! We'll enjoy more sunshine with a few late day clouds through the end of the week and into the weekend. As high pressure approaches, drifts overhead and eventually tracks east the wind will slowly shift from northeast to southeast to southwest. Expect heat and humidity to rise this weekend but our next chance for showers and storms won't fire until early to the middle of next week.
