It is hurricane season which once again will make for an interesting few weeks inside the largest football conference in the country. The Mid-South Conference expanded this past year to include teams in Florida and North Carolina – both areas for concern when it comes to storms off the ocean.
This is the case for this week’s Georgetown College football game with St. Andrews University. The Knights are on high alert for Hurricane Florence rolling in to town mid-week. Thus in order to insure the team gets out and back safe and as quickly as possible, adjustments have been made.
The Tigers will tee it up under the lights Friday evening at Toyota Stadium. Kickoff time is yet to be determined, but will be released along with more information concerning the logistics of the game as soon as all is available.
