LEX18 — The Kentucky basketball team will travel to Orlando for the Champions Classic "bubble" to play Kansas on December first and that SEC play will begin "late, late" December or January.
Coach John Calipari confirmed the game on ESPN's The Jump. He said the team will start off the season with a bubble on Kentucky's campus. Multiple reports have said Kentucky will host Detroit Mercy, where Brad Calipari plays, Hartford and Richmond in a "Lexington Pod" starting November 25th but that isn't official yet.
Coach Cal went on to say that he believes Kentucky has games with UCLA and Georgia Tech.
