LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Kentucky Wildcats battled back from a 24-point deficit, but were unable to complete the comeback Saturday at Rupp Arena, falling to Notre Dame 63-64.
The Cats allowed just 16 points in the second half after being outscored 48-26 in the first.
A last-second shot by transfer senior Olivier Sarr rimmed out as the Irish held on to win.
Sarr led the Cats with 20 points. Terrence Clarke and Brandon Boston each chipped in with 14.
