EKU bounces back from loss to beat Ohio Chillicothe 129-43

RICHMOND, Ky. — Eastern Kentucky bounced back from its loss at Kentucky to hand Ohio University Chillicothe, 129-43.

The Colonels had eight players reach double figures and were led by Jomaru Brown's 22 points while hitting 4-8 three pointers. Ty Taylor added 20 points while freshman, Michael Moreno came off the bench to post a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.

EKU forced Ohio Chillicothe into 37 turnovers and converted those turnovers into 57 points.

The Colonels have a huge rivalry game on Friday night when they host Western Kentucky in McBrayer Arena at 7:00. Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky have met 158 times through the years, with the Hilltoppers holding a 114-44 advantage in the series.
