LEXINGTON, Ky. — No. 13 Kentucky had no problem handing in-state rival Morehead State a 79-54 loss.
The Wildcats used a pressure defense that forced 25 turnovers by the Eagles and they turned those into 35 points. UK was led by Rhyne Howard's 24 points as she hit 5-11 three pointers and Sabrina Haines added 14 points while knocking down three, 3 pointers.
Kentucky is now 5-0 on the season and returns to the home court on Tuesday night when the Wildcats play Grambling at 7:00 p.m. It can be seen on the SEC Network+.
