LEXINGTON, Ky. — Fourteen horses sold for more than one million dollars each at day one of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale. That's the highest since 2011 and surpassed last year’s total of eight million-dollar sellers.

Champion Take Charge Brandi, in foal to 2018 Triple Crown winner Justify, sold for $3.2 million to Hill ‘n’ Dale. She won the 2014 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies as a 66-1 long shot.

Grade 1 winner Eskimo Kisses, carrying her first foal by Curlin, sold for $2.3 million to Shadai Farm of Japan. Gainesway, agent, consigned Eskimo Kisses, a 4-year-old daughter of To Honor and Serve. Her second dam is champion and Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Winning Colors.

The November Sale continues through Sunday, Nov. 17, with all sessions beginning at 10 a.m. ET. Thursday marks the start of the two-day Book 2.
