OAKLAND, Ca. – On the day DeMarcus Cousins was announced as a University of Kentucky Athletics Hall of Famer, he was injured in the NBA playoffs.
After the Warriors forward got a steal, he was trying to gather the ball when he just collapsed to the ground. After Cousins limped off the floor, team doctors said he suffered a quad injury and that he would have a MRI performed on Tuesday.
