Three Weeks Without Rain

Lexington is up to three straight weeks without rain. It is beyond crispy out there and only getting worse. We're tied for our 12th longest run of consecutive dry days. With no rain in the forecast until early next week we could easily break into the top five. Thursday's drought update will be a doozy, with moderate drought already established south we will see significant expansion in areas affected. Burn bans are in effect for multiple counties. Our next decent chance for showers & t-showers? Early next week, Sunday night into Monday.
