We have passed the 2/3 point of meteorological summer and our weather is behaving just as it should for early August. In fact for June and July we’re in the top half for warmth as well as for rainfall.
Tonight will be warm and humid with a few patches of fog and lows in the mid 60s.
It continues Friday...partly sunny with a warm and humid day and just an isolated storm and highs in the mid 80s. Both of these are exactly normal.
The trend will continue going into the weekend, but a slight uptick in rain chances will occur. Our highs will be in the mid 80’s and there will be scattered thunderstorms around both days, with perhaps a few more on Sunday than Saturday.
Next week looks to be getting hotter again and we may flirt with 90.
