We're in for a sunny but very cool Monday with well below average highs in the upper 40s. A dominant ridge of high pressure builds in and takes over this week, expect sunshine and dry days to continue the rest of the week. We'll also see a gradual warming trend with highs rising from the 50s Tuesday to 60s midweek then climbing into the 70s this weekend.
