High pressure takes over Monday and beyond isolated late day showers and t-showers over northern and southeastern counties, we're in for a summer comeback! It's already muggy and with highs rising from the mid to upper 80s Monday/Tuesday and peaking in the low 90s Wednesday we're back in a more typical late August setup. Hot, hazy, humid and eventually above average. All eyes are on twin tropical systems in the Gulf. Kentucky may see a shot of showers, storms & tropical moisture associated with the remnants of Laura later this week.

But A Tropical Hit Possible Later this Week
