We're in for a spectacular spring day with highs reaching the low to mid 70s and plenty of sunshine Thursday. Well above normal warmth continues to build into the weekend with highs in the mid to upper 70s Friday and Saturday and hovering in near record territory (low 80s) from the end of the weekend through the middle of next week. A cold front will drop south, briefly stall, and surge north again as a warm front sparking a few showers and storms Friday night into Saturday morning.
