Tuesday will feature a split forecast thanks to a cold front slowing and stalling across the Commonwealth. Morning showers and storms will shift into southeastern Kentucky and linger later in the day. Watch for locally heavy rain from slow moving storms. North of the boundary we'll enjoy slightly less humid air but it will stay steamy down south. Expect highs right around average, in the mid 80s.
