We have two very nice October days left before what's left of Hurricane Delta takes a soggy, tropical swipe this weekend. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid 70s Thursday. Friday will end up partly sunny and in the upper 70s. After a coastal Louisiana landfall Friday the remnants of Delta will turn northeast and spread rounds of showers, strong storms and heavy rain our way. Showers will start Saturday but the heaviest rain will fall Saturday night into Sunday with the low passing overhead late in the weekend.
