Dreary and Wet Early Monday

Cold rain showers persist Monday morning with a wet and at times slushy commute. Watch for slick conditions (side streets) where there's still considerable snow & ice. It'll be a dreary Monday with rain mainly confined to the morning and a mostly cloudy afternoon with highs on either side of 40°. We'll warm up quickly as sunshine returns Tuesday and highs climb well into the 50s toward midweek.
