The upcoming winter storm continues to evolve. Significant icing looks likely, especially south of I-64. An ICE STORM WARNING will be in effect Wednesday and Thursday south of I-64 and the Mountain Parkway. Power disruptions, tree damage and driving difficulties are possible. Tonight will be just cloudy with lows in the mid 20s. Tomorrow some light freezing rain or sleet is possible beginning in the morning, but it shouldn't be significant. The freezing rain threat will grow late in the afternoon and especially into the evening and may be heavy overnight Wednesday. Highs will sneak into the low and mid 30's.
