Leftover Snow Seen From Space

The high resolution visible satellite is really cool to use on a clear afternoon after a nice snowfall. To our west, you can see a few swaths of snowfall. With our general snow cover, the bigger rivers are clearly visible. After Sunday's thaw, when temperatures will get into the low 50's for many of us with a pretty good breeze, the satellite will just see the increasing afternoon clouds.
