We're looking quiet for a couple of days with chilly highs on either side of average, ranging from the upper 30s to low 40s Monday and Tuesday. A strengthening system will crank up the wind and winter warmth midweek. Highs will surge to the mid to upper 50s Wednesday. We'll stay mild enough to keep our next round of active weather in liquid form, showers are likely Thursday into New Year's Day.
