Snow Winds Down Friday

Snow showers gradually wind down Friday but low clouds and flurries will linger much of the day. Watch for slicks spots on the roads early in the day especially west toward Louisville and across southeastern counties. A winter weather advisory remains in effect through Friday afternoon for Bell, Harlan and Letcher county, they could see additional light accumulation, most likely at higher elevations. Beyond the glancing blow from that southern low we have a cold January weekend inbound with highs mired in the 30s through Sunday.
