Still Unsettled Monday

That pesky upper low that kept it so cool and unsettled late in the weekend is still hanging around Monday. Expect below average highs in the 70s with a few afternoon/evening showers & storms developing. It'll drift toward the Carolina coast Tuesday and we'll slowly start to recover. Highs will edge from the upper 70s to low 80s through midweek with partly sunny skies and a quiet and dry pattern setting up.
