Summer is in full effect with muggy air and above average heat plus daily storm chances all through the week. Highs will hover in the upper 80s to low 90s with mainly afternoon & early evening showers and storms driven by daytime heating. The severe threat will remain low but watch for a few that could produce torrential rain and strong wind gusts. The storm threat peaks with a cold front Friday into Saturday with highs falling closer to average, in the mid 80s later in the weekend.
