High pressure over the Great Lakes will keep it dry and quiet across the Bluegrass midweek. There's just enough moisture down south that we'll need to watch for a few showers and storms Wednesday and Thursday afternoon toward the Tennessee border. Other than that, expect partly sunny skies and below average highs in the upper 70s to low 80s Wednesday. Enjoy the break from active weather, more scattered showers and storms are on the way Friday into Saturday.

It has been a wonderful day for being outside thanks to the drop in humidity. Temperatures have been taking their time rising through the 70s today.
