Our latest round of winter weather winds down Tuesday with snow showers fading over eastern Kentucky. We'll end up with some afternoon sunshine breaking through the clouds but we'll also stay cold for Groundhog Day with highs in the 30s and lingering flurries. Watch for snow covered and slick side roads early in the day. The forecast trends milder and wetter later in the week but the big-ticket item on the horizon, a brief but significant Arctic cold snap late this weekend into early next week. It could be our coldest air of the season so far.
