Our mid November Arctic deep freeze slowly loosens its grip as we wind down the week. Highs will edge into the low to mid 40s (still well below average) Thursday and a southwest breeze will kick up as a cold front approaches. We'll stay dry but see a reinforcing shot of chilly air to start the weekend with highs staying in the low to mid 40s Friday.
