Monday will be about as dreary as it gets. Watch for morning rain/snow showers and a few slick, slushy spots on the roads. We'll hover in the mid to upper 30s this afternoon with lingering drizzle/sprinkles and a gusty northwest wind. A winter weather advisory remains in effect southeast for minor/light accumulation mainly on the grass and elevated surfaces. Harlan & Letcher county are under a winter storm warning for a few inches at higher elevations in the mountains through early Tuesday morning.
