After that glancing blow of snow that mainly snarled traffic Thursday morning we'll deal with a more robust setup Friday. Expect two shots of wintry, mixed weather... one early and another late. We're in for snow showers in central Kentucky, possibly mixed with rain at times. The best chance for widespread light, accumulating snow will stay southeast in the mountains. Watch for a few tenths of an inch in the Bluegrass up to 1" to 2" southeast, especially at higher elevations. A winter weather advisory is in effect for Bell, Harlan and Letcher county Friday until 7 AM Saturday. Slick spots on the roads will be a potential hazard for the second day in a row, especially Friday evening and overnight.
