LEXINGTON, KY (LEX 18) — In a move that registered on the richter scale for local prep sports, to close out 2024 longtime Bryan Station head coach Phillip Hawkins announced he'd be taking on a new challenge in 2025.
Hawkins now takes over a Henry Clay program that went 1-10 in 2024. The Blue Devils have just four wins to their name in the past three season.
Henry Clay opens its season closing out a doubleheader at Lafayette with a showdown against North Oldham on August 22.
