LEXINGTON — Lexington Catholic's Ben Johnson, announced on Twitter on Tuesday that he has committed to Bellarmine.
Johnson is fourth in the state in scoring, averaging 26.5 PPG for Lexington Catholic, who are 13-1 this season.
"I think their style of play fits me really well," Johnson told LEX 18. " I really like the coaches, and it's close to home for me so that was really the main reason.
It's a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders, I don't really have to stress about it more. Everyone knows, it's great, now I can just focus on high school basketball."
