Lilley and Curry win weekly SEC volleyball awards

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky had two players honored by the Southeastern Conference with weekly awards.

Madison Lilley was named the SEC Player of the Week and Setter of the Week. She led UK's offense with 43 assists in a three set win at Tennessee last Wednesday and 37 assists in a three set win over Alabama on Sunday.

Gabby Curry was named the SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week. She had 17 digs in the win over Tennessee and 14 more against Alabama.

The Wildcats return home on Wednesday night to host LSU at 8:00 in Memorial Coliseum. The match will be shown live on the SEC Network, ESPN3 and the ESPN app.. Additionally, junior libero Gabby Curry
